1. About Diskarte
Diskarte is a peer-to-peer task marketplace that connects people who need tasks done with people who can do them. We operate in the Philippines and facilitate connections — we do not employ taskers or guarantee work quality.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Diskarte. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Tasks and Offers
Task posters set their own budgets and requirements. Taskers submit offers at their own discretion. Diskarte does not set prices or guarantee that tasks will be completed.
4. Payments
Diskarte facilitates peer-to-peer payments. Users transfer money directly via GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or other supported methods. Diskarte does not hold, process, or guarantee any payments. Users are responsible for verifying payment receipt.
5. Disputes
In case of payment disputes, users can flag transactions for admin review. Diskarte will make reasonable efforts to mediate but cannot guarantee resolution. Users may need to resolve disputes directly.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Posting fake tasks or submitting fraudulent offers
- Uploading false payment proofs
- Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
- Spam or misleading content
- Circumventing platform safety features
7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive multiple user reports.
8. Limitation of Liability
Diskarte is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, service interruptions, or data loss.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Diskarte after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
