Yes! You can edit title, description, budget, and schedule at any time while the task is open. Once a tasker is assigned, contact them via chat before making changes.

Task listings are active for 30 days by default. You'll get a notification before expiry and can repost anytime.

Yes, mark your task as recurring when posting. This signals to taskers that you may need the work done regularly.

Review each tasker's profile: star rating, completed task count, skills, reviews, and response time. You can also chat with them before accepting an offer.

Taskers can submit ID verification through the app. Verified taskers show a blue checkmark on their profile. Always check reviews and ratings before hiring.

Contact the tasker through chat first. If you can't resolve it, cancel the task from your dashboard and report the user. Funds are never automatically released — you control payment.

Diskarte does not hold funds. You pay the tasker directly after the task is completed — via GCash, Maya, or bank transfer — using the details they've added to their profile.

No. We don't take a percentage of payments between poster and tasker. Payments go directly between the two parties.

Try to resolve it with the tasker first via chat. Don't pay until you're satisfied. If there's a dispute you can't resolve, report the situation from the task page.

Only pay after the work is completed and you're satisfied. Never pay upfront to an unverified tasker, and always use official payment apps (GCash, Maya) — not informal transfers.

On any task or user profile, tap the report button and select a reason. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

Yes. From any user's profile, you can block them. Blocked users can't see your tasks or contact you.

Your personal information (email, phone) is never shared publicly. Profile pages only show your display name, bio, and public ratings.

Go to Settings → Identity Verification and submit a government-issued ID. Verification is reviewed within 1–2 business days.

Yes! The core features are completely free. We offer a Premium plan with boosted visibility and priority placement for high-volume users.

Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This is permanent and will remove all your data.
